History of the company

The company Udava a.s. was founded in 1999 on the place of the former village grown company in the village Udavské and bound to both a long tradition of wood processing in this village.

Udavske village is located in the southern part of the Low Beskydy mountains, in the valley of the river Udava at estuary to river Laborec. The company is deal with in processing exclusively deciduous trees i.e. beech and oak. Position of the company allows excellent long-term availability of quality wood and also because currently ranks among the largest wood processing companies (sawmill) of beech and oak logs in eastern Slovakia.

Selling

The main products of the company are furniture blanks intended for further processing.
