Company profile.
The company was founded in 1999 on the grounds of a former local cooperative and thus continued the long tradition of wood processing in the village of Udavské.
The village of Udavské lies in the southern part of Nízke Beskydy, in the valley of the Udava river near its confluence with the Laborec river. The company deals exclusively with the processing of local deciduous trees—BEECH and OAK.
The location has long-term excellent accessibility to high-quality timber, and Udava a.s. is one of the largest sawmill processors of beech and oak logs in Eastern Slovakia.
